YCAC 35th Anniversary Exhibit runs from September 17th to October 18th, 2010 at the Yates Gallery and features the work of YCAC artists in a celebration of 35 years of contributions to the arts in Yates and surrounding counties.
All of our artists have been asked to donate works to support to ongoing programs of YCAC and Yates Gallery. At the opening reception on Friday, September 17th, there will be a silent auction of all the donated artwork with bids starting at $35. What a fantastic opportunity to become the proud owner of a beautiful work of art!
Check out donated items here. More are being added daily. There will be music, fun and a chance to meet the artists at the Opening, as well as food. Come enjoy, listen to the music of harpist Trudy Moon, and bid often and high. Plan to take home a stunning work by a YCAC artist.
For the remainder of this show pieces of art work donated to the Center by the local artists will be sold, for the benefit of the Art Center, at the unique price of $35, which is a wonderful bargain price for everyone.
